If you’ve already and on time (actually in advance because this is what the Rai decided for you) uncorked your bottle, wore red lingerie, read Rob Brezsny’s 2016 horoscope, made your wishlist, (here you can find ours), verified it will probably not come true, listed all your new year’s resolutions, verified you will probably let them down as every single year… well, you now only have to start this 2016 for real.
We decided to start it colorfully, because there’s already something grey: the office suite, the weather, and sometimes, our mood. So we took on an old Levi’s 501 jeans, ankle cut and fringed, a pair of Prada sandals which are always perfect, as we know, as strawberries and cream, oysters and champagne, cheese and maccheroni, and let’s stop here, because I’m already hungry and so are you, probably… and talking about food after holidays is not allowed: everyone started or is going to start some miraculous diet or, at least, everyone is talking about it.
Now, as I was saying… to match Prada sandals, we chose glittery socks, a not very sober blouse with colorful little stripes and rouches, reminding that Miu Miu one, but this one is just vintage from the 80s, and finally, a wool beanie, which we’ve always loved but got back more and more trendy thanks to the work by Alessandro Michele for Gucci.
Here it is, the result is a colorful look, alway not this sober but perfect to start this new year together.
